Richard Greaves

Richard is a school teacher by profession so not only does he have to fit his training in around a demanding school schedule; he also has to cope with the smog of Beijing with days often described as 'hazardous' and most of his races are conducted in oppressive heat and humidity. In spite of these challenging conditions Richard regularly steps onto the podium in standard and middle distance races local to Bejing and in the UK (when he pops back for a holiday) which pleases his sponsors Team Trek China.

Richard says...

'I spent four years racing at a decent club level getting similar results each year. Since being coached by Andy I've booked three trips to the World Ironman 70.3 Champs, set pb's at every distance, scored podiums in most of my races and even have sponsors! The difference is the coaching.'
